From 2002 – the start of training. Establishment of the Training Center.
From 2004 – training becomes a standard practice of the Holding’s companies. The Training Center is transformed into the Non-Governmental Educational Establishment “Academy of Entertainment and Gambling Business”.
From 2006 – the notions of training and development were separated from each other. The Academy was transformed into the Holding’s Corporate University.
From 2007 – Development of training culture in the direction of a self-learning organization.
The key distinction of a Corporate University from a company’s Training Center is that the Training Center’s operation is based on training, i.e. developing in students a range of necessary skills that as a rule are rather specific.
At the Corporate University elements of education are added: classical disciplines are included in the program, as well as personnel development, such as personnel reserve programs and qualification improvement programs.
In addition to teaching with the use of e latest educational technologies, the Corporate University conducts scientific and methodological work.
