To enhance and develop Ritzio Holding’s intellectual resources

The Corporate University’s strategic goals:

• To develop and deliver training, educational and personnel reserve development programs for Ritzio Holding’s employees (both in daytime and E-formats);
• To shape up and develop the international institute of Ritzio Holding’s trainers;
• To develop the culture of studying in the direction of a self-learning organisation;
• To implement programs of developing personnel reserve of the key management level;
• To introduce and support a training management system within the Holding.

The Corporate University ensures the following within the Holding:
